Reservations can be made through:

- by direct phone contact with Apart Residence at the phone number 608065890 and by e-mail: kontakt@arianska16krakow.pl

In the case of a reservation with reimbursement option, free cancellation of the reservation can be made up to 7 days before the start of your stay. The reservation that has been made through the travel portal must be cancelled also through the travel portal, reservation made directly must be cancelled via e-mail. In the case of a non-refundable reservation, there is no possibility of cancellation free of charge.

Once a reservation has been made, a confirmation is sent via email.

Payment can be made by credit/debit card or in cash at the Apart Residence Reception. You can also make a bank transfer (in this case you should send a confirmation to the following e-mail address: kontakt@arianska16krakow.pl).

Pre-authorisation of a credit/debit card is treated as a guarantee for the reservation.

If you would like to use additional services, you need to make a reservation by e-mail, phone or in person at the Reception desk of the residence.

Cancellation of an additional service should be reported to Apart Residence staff at least 24 hours in advance.

The keys will be given to the person holding the reservation after the check-in directly at the Reception desk.

Check-in starts at 3 pm on the day of arrival, Guests have to check-out by 11 am.

Extending your stay is possible subject to availability of the flats.

The residence does not have its own car park, you can park your car in a public car park along the street. Parking is charged 5 PLN per hour (10:00-22:00).

Breakfast is only available as a catering service. It can be ordered at Reception by filling in a questionnaire and while making a reservation.

In the catering option there is only breakfast delivered directly to the apartment in the form of catering.

Only registered occupants can stay in the apartment.

Apart Residence guarantees one set of bed linen and towels for each person staying overnight. There is a possibility of changing them on Guest's request. This service is additionally paid.

Smoking is prohibited in the apartments as well as in the whole building.

Yes, we offer laundry as an additional service. You can use a washing machine and a washer-dryer available to our guests on site, or order a laundry service from a professional company, this service is charged extra.

Each apartment is equipped with its own bathroom.

Each apartment is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven or oven, hob, kettle, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans.

Apart Residence makes it possible to rent a cot and a bathtub for children, a feeding chair, a bottle warmer, a PS4 console with a game rental and board games in public areas. In public areas children may onlay be accompanied by adults.

Apart Residence has a luggage storage available for hotel Guests.

In Apart Residence there are safes both in all the apartments and at the Reception desk.

Apart Residence does not accept animals. We kindly ask you to provide appropriate care for your pets during their stay in our apartments. We encourage you to use the services of pet hotels located in Cracow.

Yes, each bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer.
